Overview

Usage

Form release agent for steel and wooden formwork. Special release agent for use on formwork in facade panel precast production which is involve shaking and/or vibrating stage during casting process.
Sika® Separol®-125C facilitates removal and cleaning of shuttering. Number of lifts is substantially increased.

Shelf life

12 months from date of production if stored properly in undamaged unopened, original sealed packaging.

Storage conditions

Store in dry conditions at temperatures between +10 °C and +35 °C. Protect from direct sunlight and frost.

Consumption

On timber / plywood formwork

1 L for approx. 20 - 25 m2

On metal or plastic formwork1 L for approx. ~40 m2

APPLICATION

All surfaces to be coated with Sika® Separol®-125C must be clean and free from grease and old concrete.
Apply one uniform, thin coat of Sika® Separol®-125C by brush, roller or spray equipment, on dry or damp formwork.
To achieve optimum result it is recommended to pour the concrete approximately 4 hours after Sika® Separol®-125C applications.
