Usage

Form release agent for steel and wooden formwork.
Sika® Separol®-180C facilitates removal and cleaning of shuttering.
It shall be diluted with water prior to use.

Shelf life

12 months from date of production if stored properly in undamage unopened, original sealed packaging

Storage conditions

Store in dry conditions at temperatures between +10 °C and +35 °C. Protect from direct sunlight and frost.

~0.865 ± 0.005 kg/L (at +20 °C)

Application

APPLICATION

  • All surfaces to be coated with Sika® Separol®-180C must be clean and free from grease and old concrete.
  • Dilute 1 L Sika® Separol®-180C with 5 L of water (can be extended up to 8 L of water for some cases – pre-trial recommended) and stir thoroughly until the mixture turns into uniform milky solution.
  • Apply one uniform coat of Sika® Separol®-180C by brush, roller or spray equipment, on dry or damp formwork.
  • The dilution should be re-stirred immediately prior to use.
