SikaCeram®-150 P

TILE ADHESIVE

SikaCeram®-150 P is a one component, pre-packed polymer modified tile adhesive mortar combining cement with selected grades of sand and several admixtures, to prevent tiles from popping up or loose.

Usage

For bonding of ceramic, homogeneous tile, marble, granite, and natural stone, over a range of applications as below :
  • Wall (only for ceramic tile application)
  • Floor (for ceramic tile and other tiling material application)

Shelf life

9 months from date of production if stored properly in original, unopened and undamaged sealed packaging.

Application steps

MIXING

  • Pour 10 – 10,8 litre of water into mixing vessel then add SikaCeram®-150 P slowly and mix properly.
  • Mixing time is ~3 minutes. A slow speed mixer is recommended (300 – 600 rpm).

APPLICATION

  • Apply with notched trowel then fix the tile. Proceed to apply while the adhesive is still wet. Size of notched depending on size of tile.
  • Waiting time before grouting application minimum 24 hours. To get the best result use Sika® Tile Grout.
  • No need to immerse the tile prior to apply.
